    Hey Everyone,
Recently built a timber frame garden room (on blocks)
SubFloor is 22mm chipboard, it is not completely flat. I have seen in some areas roughly 1-2mm difference. Also I would say there could be 1-2mm deflection when walking in some areas. Now it is hard to see it unless you really look for it, I plan to sand the areas down that are not completely flat but the deflection there really is not much that can be done about that.
I could put thicker ply on the floor but as its a garden room headspace is at the front of my concerns. being under permitted development, we have just about 6ft2 head height and I don't particularly want to add further materials in to reduce that.

Builder mate that helped on the build said no worries put down 3mm regupol 4515 rubber matting for some impact noise reduction and to adhere LVT to it as it wont stick to the weather resistant chipboard (amtico glue down was his suggestion) and it will be good to go.

Doing my own research has lead to many different answers so coming for some advice here.
First Adhesive for regupol 4515, fball f3 work to the chipboard? or any other alternatives. I looked at regupol's adhesive but its crazy expensive in comparison and cant see why f3 shouldn't work?

With a little bit of movement in the timber frame building overtime would gluedown LVT have long term issues?

    Thanks

Just do it right and use sp101 5.5mm plywood then feather screed the joints and then the LVT
You don’t need impact noise reduction as no one living underneath

You can use F3 or F44 for glueing down the regupol though
