LVT to Carpet transition

Can anyone recommend a product that will work for a top step transition from LVT to Carpet preferably in brushed stainless? At the moment we have been left with the abortion in the attached photo. Thanks in anticipation

 

Is it a square step?

 

Is it click or glue down lvt?

 

It's glue down Sierra Exempla and that top step has a nosing. The nosing could be cut off as the top step was created in addition to to the original stairs during an extension.

 

I looked on the CAT website and thought this might be suitable. The AN21/3 DHC

I think you could still get a stairrods Ali wrap nosing to fit on

That’s a lovely Lino edge finish tho. Can’t see why you would want to change it

Thanks that looks promising I have emailed them asking if they do samples.

 

Most decent flooring shops will have sample boxes and display boards of Stairrods various trims.
