    Hi all

looking at getting a new lvt floor fitted and I’m after some advice/recommendations.

Got a 20m2 room with 2.5” floorboards, well fixed and very limited deflection. The plan is to overboard with 5.5mm floor grade ply, smooth/fill/level. Looking at using ARDITEX na latex then ardex 2575 adhesive.

If the above sounds good I’m looking at either amtico spacia or polyfor Camaro, would anyone recommend either of those over the other? Or any other recommendations?

    Cheers for any help

Cheers for that, do you have experience of any of the other amtico range? Are they worth the premium or is it just better wearing?

I wouldn’t use either of them.
    Have a look at

Kahrs LVT , moduleo impress , Harvey Maria M series, Amtico form or project floors

budget LVT , j2 flooring or moduleo Select

Not worth the premium in my opinion. Spacia maybe a little harder and will take longer to wear out. Not fitted any form so can’t comment on that.
All of the rangers above are also good.
We also fit a lot on polyflor expona and bevel line which is good. Camaro and colonia are not great unless it’s in a bathroom.

Only worth the premium if you want a bespoke floor. They can cut and design anything for you. It might last a bit longer in direct sunlight too. Some of the cheaper ranges discolour badly.

Both Amtico Spacia and Polyflor Camaro are high quality products, but i recommend amtico spacia because it is durable and easy to clean, making it ideal for high traffic areas.
