How to get the same shade?

    Hello, does anyone have a good idea for getting this one floorboard (see pic) the same shade as the rest? Had to replace it recently. The rest are original and were finished/treated about 2.5 years ago but the company have since closed so I can’t ask what they did/used! I have a spare plank so I can do some experimenting on there.
    Any ideas, let me know!

    It begs the question - why bother? You clearly aren't going to leave it exposed, you're going to cover it.

    We won’t ever be covering these floorboards - as we haven’t for the last two years. We prefer the look of bare floorboards

    Looks like it could possibly be a hardwax oil Clear would still leave it looking a lot lighter, Osmo do coloured tester pots which might be worth trying
