Hi, we've had Invictus Highlad Oak recently laid but we've noticed 3 significant scratches. I honestly don't know where these scratches have come from, as we always take put shoes off and there hardly any furniture in the room. It was suggested it was "scratch proof" but I now find that hard to believe. My questions are: 1. Can individual planks be removed and new ones relaid? And if not, 2. Can scratches be repaired?
Who said it was scratch proof? Yes you can change planks in most cases as long as the prep has been done properly
Hi, thanks for replying. That's what I took from the pack of samples and advice I got from the shop. In the pack and spec on the back highlights this "Scratch Master" (outperforming wear protection). Plus, the sales staff at the shop suggested it could be used commercially. The warranty is 25 / 15 years for residential / commercial. The floor's been down week and a half and I'm expecting a bit more, to be honest. I should've looked at more reviews!
Nothing is scratch proof it doesn’t exist, even granite can scratch and scuff. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
