If latex (for LVT prep) is laid on screed that is still damp, how would the latex affect the drying process of the screed? Would the latex penetrate the screed so that even if you sand the latex to remove it (to enable drying), there would still be an impact on the drying process of the screed (i.e., slower to dry)? It would slow it down. why not just use a moisture suppressant like uzin pe404 before the latex screed
