Looking for someone who can sew carpets

We have a carpet runner along our first floor hallway and it makes 3 turns. It was rolled up to allow for some floor board work and when I tried to put it back down I can’t get it straight and the corners have become a little frayed. I’ve had a number of carpet fitters have a look and they wouldn’t want to heat seam and they say it needs to be sewn.

Does anyone know anyone who could see carpet? We are located in East Sussex.
