Hi I purchased this flooring in 2014 from posh flooring, who are now defunct. I had it laid throughout the ground floor of my home except the kitchen (domestic use only) by a specialist. In the last couple of years I have noticed some patches appearing in parts. I have attached photos. The floor has only been cleaned by soft mops using non harsh chemicals. Only been walked on by two humans and a cat. Could you tell me what is wrong with it and what to do about it please? Many thanks
If there are rubber backs on your rugs and mats that you have there, it can be plasticisation. Hard to fully see from the pictures. It kind of looks like the entire wearlayer and photograph has come away. Do those areas feel different to touch? I would get your supplier to come see them in person, Amtico will send an inspector to see if it's their failure.
