Has anyone had to have them deal with a complaint?

I fitted some of their Habberley, it runs out by 3 rows per metre, about 4 inches over 494cm width (supposed to be 5m),I have physically shown the rep,but they and their so called independent inspector say it's square and I have fitted it wrong

I’m not a carpet fitter Paul so wouldn’t know really. Sounds a nightmare. Has your rep got involved?

The rep took photos and said he would speak to them, but they are not interested, so all their stands are now in the bin, if that's the kind of guarantee you get with their products, I'm not risking spending another penny with them

What really annoyed me is that they would blatantly lie and blame me, the physical evidence is there, there is only one way it can be fitted on stairs and I have been fitting carpet for over 40 years, so I have a rough idea of what I'm doing
