Seems busier this year, already down to one week of fitting space before Christmas, booking stuff for January and still booking over a week in advance just for measures

It gets to a point where you just don't know how and where you'll fit it all in doesn't it.

How many guys you got on your team Paul?

Another week and I'll have to start turning customers away if they can't wait until after Christmas, got 2 lvt fitters and a girl that can do some jobs on her own, but is mostly working with me at the moment, trouble is you can't find decent fitters that aren't already booked up

It's hard turning work away, don't know about you but I end up 'fitting it in' then moan I havnt got anytime to do anything else other than work. Its weird how according to your diary your fully booked up and near overwhelmed with it all yet still manage to 'squeeze' more in.

I've took on a herringbone job for an old neighbour who's moved to the other side of the estate and I booked him in for end of november already thinking im up against it then picking up my samples last week he asked if I could do it whilst they are away mid october and I said yes straight away because I knew he wouldnt be there and I can come and go as I please....so it looks like im working late every night that week now :(

I keep looking through the diary to see which days I might finish a bit earlier, so I can squeeze some small ones in.
To make it worse, I'm also getting asked for more resin and binding, which I was trying to put off until I had more fitters again

Damaged my toes in my 20s doing karate. Had left big toe knuckle grinded off a bit 20 years ago. Now having left one done as struggle to walk without it hurting.

2 months mate as that was a full op. This is key hole so he said I should be ok to drive after 2 weeks. Maybe 4-6 weeks for bending it. So that should be ok. We are choca till Xmas so have to just see what we can do.

    Ok mate thank you.
I have taken 2 extra guys on, so hopefully have it covered. Trouble is, as always with contract work, the dates they give me are never the real dates.
Bradford, Trafford, Midsomer Norton, Chadwell Heath, Croydon & Stamford Hill are our sites once we finish at Newcastle next week.
