felt/textured back vinyl

    Hi lads, i have 6mtr by 5mtr felt back vinyl to do in one piece to a kitchen/conservatory, what adhesive would you recommend please ,F44 or pressure sensitive? regards Alan

    i would loose lay it rather than glue or is there reason why you plan on glueing it down?

    its that job the manufacturers replaced, and they recommended fully adhering

    in that case i would use f44.

    what do the manufactorer recommend?

    Ye i would also f44 it if you have to full stick. normally tho the felt backed vinyls lay very good just loose laid.

    thanks for the advice boys, funnily enough i,ve also got to price up for a 5mtr width in normal vinyl for a consevatory, just f44 would be ok or would f46 be better many thanks, Alan

    either mate. I use F46 most of the time now.

    yes mate the rep replaced it even though the shop didn,t want to know, and the makers have sent it to a shop i work for, as the original shop didn,t want to take it , strange that eh?

    not good customer service on there part but good on you for sorting out a problem that was not of your doing
