well what would you want to learn? For example- I would like to know- How to install resin floors How to bend carpet boarder How to bend karndean/amtico etc, boarder How to install karndean/amtico etc How to use a power stretcher etc Im sure you get the idea. What would YOU like to know more about?
Hi Matt Technical and/or hands-on training is essential - no two ways about it - but as traders I wonder if others are interested in the more admin and marketing subjects? without specific knowledge about products and methods you won't stay in business long, without other IMHO essential knowledge you can fail as easily as not knowing what you're doing. More than happy to write stuff for this, or answer questions on these matters. Not everyone in the trade works on the floor - someone has to keep the other side of the business going too. Which makes me also wonder: how many of you run you business together with your partner and how are all the tasks divided?
