driving bar

I use a nail driving bar, its great for fixing gripper under radiators and around sanitaryware,and marble fireplaces. You place one end on the gripper nail and hit the centre with your hammer and hey presto the nail is driven home

 

very good tool, especiallly for getting under them low double radiators or under them round bay radiators where the radiator doesn't quite fite the bay.

 

A great tool supriseing how many fitters dont know or use them!!!!

 

It does make me wonder why plumbers fit them so low anyway

I also use mine for grippering round marble hearths, better safe than sorry.

Very good for concrete nails aswell - a tip I picked up from an other forum !

 

I use a hammer for concrete nails mate, works better :lol:

i THOUGHT NAILS WERE MADE OF METAL.oH NEVER MIND!.I use the bolster cos by the time you have managed to get it from thew box the job is done (for me it is anyway).

 

what is a THEW box Martin?

 

If you do use a bolster it makes your ears ring though
