I used to use Arditex NA for most jobs, but they made the bags smaller and didn't lower the price.
So I use Screedmaster Ultimate 2 now (price is good) or the HD300 on a new screed.

IMO, Ardex is top class screed, but almost every job is price driven lately..

when you say new screed, do you mean screed which is still got a high Rh 75% + or do you only use it on dry screed?

depends on the floor but i try and use HD300 brill stuff. Did a flag floor last week for karndean, got advice from F BALLS rep he said use 900 first then 2 coat DPM then HD 300
did the 900 then DPM then went back to prime 2 days later the lot had blown, had to smash the 900 up which had not stuck to the flags,i screeded the cracks in the flags
and DPM the flags then screeded with HD 300 no problems.

there alot of problems with the dpm prep (900). I told them this the day they started to use it and i had some to try. The problem is that they say no primer!

i have loads of people tell me the same story. However i use and have used for years acrylic 200 and prime. Never had a issue with it and hundreds of floors that i have speced using it. (under the dpm)

I have used the acrylic under dpm and not had any problems. However I mixed up by the book, but found it always separated.

I think I got it wrong Matt (sorry), the acrylic liquid (might be 55) and the green bag was the one that separated. What I mean by separated was the dry colour was patchy, like some of the liquid was sitting on the top.

Can the 200 be used sub-dpm?

Yes the 200 can be used under a dpm.It used to be the way to do it untill FBALL started producing 900 to replace it. However, like i say. 900 has some issues that is down to priming im sure. It pin holes etc and tends to blow also.
