Ive got home to find a note from DHL pushed thru my door, saying the package was left in my green bin, well ive opened the bin, no bloody package? I cant believe they would leave a package in the bloody green bin, bloody idiots.
Ian who gave them permission to leave it in the bin? We get problems like this normaly just left with next door but they dont tell the customer. any way to your problem how did you pay? If by credit card you will be insured. (over £100 )
Hi mate, pay pal, which takes payment from my company debit card, and i dont know who gave the permission to supposedly leave it in the bin. I certainly didnt, the guy who put the card thru the door just wrote it, and posted it.
From what I hear about pay pal you can get your money back easy, they dont listern to the sellers . Thats Why we dont use them.
Yes, i have had a friend who used to sell stuff on ebay. He sent a expensive item and "apparantly" it didn't work was faulty. They claimed there money back of paypal, first my friend new about it was by a email of paypal. Wasn't even given the chance to exchange the item. The buyer got to keep his money and the item!
An update, it seams as tho the delivery driver has signed his copy of the delivery as tho ive personaly been handed the camcorder, ive got to send the delivery card and a copy of my signiture to sort the problem out. looks like ill get my camcorder soon, or my money back.
You can't trust any courier these days, they're forever leaving me parcels on my front doorstep for all to see, or posting a note through the letterbox saying "left in back garden" like it's the safest place in the world  It's usually just samples but they don't know that do they? Thinking about it my fein multimaster was put behind the flowerpot(on the front doorstop) and it rained that day so the box was soaked through when i got home. I'd like to be a fly on the wall at one of their staff training days
