Make sure you sort your keywords and header. i have had a quick look at you website coding and cant see any
keywords= a select number of words you can add to the back ground of your website that google can see. Google will then add these 'keywords' to its search engine. When people type these words into to google it will look for the best matching site. so if you was to add " im a crap carpet fitter " it will probo put you up in the top 10 on google if someone typed " im a crap carpet fitter ". LOL. However, there will be alot of sites using the words 'carpet, fitter, crap, etc" so you need to pick the best words for what you offer. Links can be your best mate tho, your linked on here now so google will pick that up and give you a major boost.

What program are you using to update/edit your website? Keywords are important, but filling your site with more information focussed on the prospect is even more important. Hi Carl Hope you are just testing Google ads display, but to be honest if I landed on a page of a floor company I would not expect to see such a large "Ads by Google" display - would make me wonder if the site is fake and just there to get my attention in the hope I would bring in some easy money by clicking on those links in the ad. Another problem you will have with Google Ads: it will show links to your competitors and take away your visitor.
Hi all, yes well done carl I also have one of these sites and like you just learning as I'm going along. Not a criticism Carl but I did notice one or two typos, would be worth checking it over only minor thing I don't mean to sound picky. Good luck I hope it brings in some work. Just been reading up on adwords and SEO and can see lots more reading to do before diving in. Matt how do I go about doing keywords etc. as I can't seem to find anything?
