I attended the show on sunday 5th sept.A bit disappointed from a fitters point of view, although some of the demonstration where pretty good .Did any else attend if so what did you think
Hot and cold welding on safety flooring, templating and setting out. Also had a good chat with Tim about the sewn bullnose they had on show but sadly they didnt demonstrate doing one. Also fitting of a floating Real Wood floor from Junckers on a clip system all this was done by Tim from FITA with a non stop commentary from Steve Ramsden
I went yesterday there is never a lot from my side but a few things caught my eye. The show it self seems well attended and people were telling me that Sunday was good with people from further afield attending.
I went to the show on Sunday - normally go on the Monday - and it seemed as well attended. I would agree not much for fitters though by way of demos and tools. Enjoyed a free carvery courtesy of F.Ball. Neil and Mark from Mflor were on their stand. Most disappointed when I visited the BWFA stand expecting to see Sid - I don't think he could make it - they sent some skinny lookalike in his place
LOL, he has lost a fair bit of weight hasn't he! Its great when working with him now, i get a extra 15 mpg out of the van and i dont have to roll him over to get him back up when his working on his knee's .
