    Plunge saw? Meaning: use a plunge saw to cut the "extended" pattern to where the two block border will fit snugly (We would/do)

    Looking great.

    I use a festool plunge saw as wood-you-like suggested. I dont use a guide rail though, just do it freehand..... :lol: not!

    Fantastic work, absolutely stunning. We all complain about our job and the hassles we have but the job satisfaction you get from something like this makes it all worthwhile, again great work, well done.
