I have a lvt floor to look at that has had some sort of dresser put on it by the cleaners. It has made it very shiny and patchy, can it be removed or is the floor damaged? I know you can get dressing removers for Amtico but if the dresser is put on a product that shouldnt have a dresser in the first place can it still be removed? Hope this makes sense to some 1???

If it's an lvt I doubt it will be damaged by a finish so worth a try with a Amtico/Karndean stripper. Another product is household ammonia available at any pharmacy and some supermarkets. This will clean off wax based floor coatings. Just remember whatever you use to rinse it off and not leave it to dry on.

no damage will be done. Just need to find a stripper that works on the product.
