Have been in and out all day today on various appointments but was very lucky to catch one of these change room type programmes.

I know a number of you carpet fitters on here don't particularly like fitting the stuff but here's how it should be done.

Apparently you just lay the carpet out in the room and spray glue it on to the floor.

You only glue it around the edges and it helps if you just stick it straight on to an old laminate floor without any underlay.

    Job done.

It's also an advantage if you're a painter and decorator as well!!

There, you can all do it now..........and that Matt Bourne runs courses on it.......I should cocoa!!!!!!
