Has anyone noticed that some of the new members have some rather fetching avatars of scantaly clad women in their profile I hope you are blocking these people from joining Matt. More to the point why are they joining a flooring forum when they should be joining a dating forum.

Hi mate, they are spam trying to sell stuff. The forum holds back there posts for me to view before the public can see. Obviously i ban them and delete there posts.

One thing with this forum software is it keeps them listed. Another reason why im changing to knew software.

30 minutes and my taxi will be here to take me to heathrow then a long flight to hong kong a short wait and short hop over to manila then a 6 hour drive up into the mountains of bagio city and scout bario to camp john hay where we will be staying. I'm looking forward to the sunshine and plenty of golf and clean air at 7000 ft above sea level ain't no tsunami gettin us up there.

Well we are back safe and sound had a slight delay in Hong Kong and that was all. Its good to be back in the UK were we have safe roads and transportation, and where a zebra crossing has rules, in the Philippines its just another piece of road so you take your life in your hands when crossing, traffic lights they have them but no one seems to pay much attention to them. If anyone has any left over matterials or roll ends let me know even part boxes as I plan to open a small outlet their with my father in law.

OOOO Sandy I see where you're going with this allow me to redirect it Camp John Hay is a 6* hotel set in some of the most beautiful landscape I've ever seen the golf course is awesome to very challenging 18 holes 9 up hill and 9 down hill and at 7000 feet above sea level even though its hot theres a nice cooling breeze all day so its not unbearable unlike Manila.
Theres alot of history surrounding this place before it was what it is today, during the second world war it was the headquarters and base of operations for General Yamamoto, when the Americans eventually pushed the Japs out it became General MAcArthur's base of operations and remained part of the US armed forces base during their occupation of the Philippines and was down graded to RR facilities for all service personnel serving in and around Asia, until the US armed forces pulled out and it was handed back to the people, who have turned it into a private members only club.
