Just been informed that under new law that the police have been using Satellites to get your speed! How does it work? Basically just like Google earth but in real time. The satellites track your car and measure your speed. If you are speeding then the satellites will continues to follow you until you come to a area with the new cameras road side. These new cameras then take a picture of the driver and record your reg! So if you have been wondering what all them new blue post (like lampposts) are that seem to of appeared at most cross roads etc, well they work with the satellites above us.
