homogenous and heterogenous floors

    Hi there,

    I have seen these terms used a few times. Can anyone give me a fulll explanation to what they mean and the difference between them.

    If I'm right my understanding of them are and please correct me if I'm wrong but its something to do with bacteria growth. I'm sure Matt will chime in on this with a full explanation.

    i thought it was something along the lines of 1 is a 'print' with layers
    And the other, the design, material is all the way through it.
    or something like that :lol:
