what were you doing sealing it in? what moisture reading did you get and did you use a dpm? :lol: :lol: :lol:
Ha Ha you a funny hobbit, we above sea level on this one, and the best bit in the second to last pic we've gotta do the divers area once they have removed the decking which some bright spark though would be a good idea for the divers to de-robe on after cleaning the tank which just so happens to be above the public area over the top of ceiling tiles and water and ceiling tiles don't mix. I ain't looking forward to that one as they will be removing the gaurd rail so we can lay altro marine and extend it to the tank edge so that all the water drains back into the tank, I feel the need for a safety harness especially after that newly wed couple who were on holiday in the saychells did you hear about that, and the local tourisim office said it was a foreign shark I'm guessing he had no visa or passport, that must've been nasty poor woman losing her husband like that.
Ha Ha nice like it Sandy, I only say its strange because its not the usual place you'd expect to be installing. And we didn't even get any free rides, when the lady in security handed us our contractor passes I bleeted out cool these are good for the rides I take it and with the biggest frown I ever seen she said certainly not you want to ride go and pay like everyone else, so I go yeah but I've gotta inspect the flooring on the roller coaster, she glared at me over the top of her specs and said by the way your van has to off site by 9am prompt, shake a leg boy lets go. Think I may have upset her.
think i need to do a inspection of flooring quality tommorrow at this place. See if i can get on the Rides also LOL
Go for it Matt but none of it has my name on it, they let me into a secret to maximise profit at a theme park building maintenance and flooring maintenance take last place. They think of nothing when they splash out £2,000,000 for the latest roller coaster cause thats what gets people in, but if its a toss up between whole new floor at say £4000 or £400 for a few patches which one do you think they go for and like they said no one cares what the floor looks like their only interested in the rides. Back of house was even more shocking I'm surprissed they haven't been sued yet the ammount of trip hazzards there are bars coming up lifting edges welds missing in food prep areas it really is shockingly bad.
Well i was joking Jay on trying to blag my way in for a FREE day out! However the place sounds like a health hazard so maybe i will give it a miss.
