Been to see a job before, Kitchen / Diner about 20m2

Half is new sand & cement screed 6" deep which has been done a month and high moisture reading on mms search test
and other half is old asphalt which read "at risk" on mms search test.
So thinking of dpm over the lot, would I be ok with 1K turbo or better with F75

the builder should not of been mixing one floor into the other. Ideally he should of removed teh ashpelt and tipped new concrete in teh whole area. But still, its done now and we know its not going to be put right!

I think the best thing to do is 'Mapei latexplan' or ' Balls 200' over the whole area. Then apply Dpm, either 1k or F75/76. Then screed over the whole lot.

Depending on what your installing, you could bond straight to the top of 1k Turbo?

I will speak to Mapei for you and see if they agree.

Yes, providing the adhesive your using is o.k to be glued to a NON absorbent subfloor.
