After - again! - a bad experience today, being contracted by a Property Management company for an insurance job, we will think twice before doing any contracting again. Domestic clients are much nicer ;-) (and keep their promises).

Thanks for all your welcomes i can only do contract i know it limits me but have been busy for a number of years with steady work .
Domestic is just to much aggrovastion dealing with the general public i know contract can be a pain but i much prefer it.

i find domestic pays better. Saying that tho i do have a good customer base that are happy to pay me extra to spend my time doing the job. i know others are not as lucky.

Contract can pay better if you get the meters down but there is always issues on contract jobs and they seem to get 'bodged' a lot that i cant bring myself to do. Not the flooring installers fault but normaly the project manager etc not knowing what they are doing.
