I had to go and inspect a job today. The customer wasn't happy with the look of the vinyl so I took it up to see what the sub-floor was like and found this. Fitted by someone working for one of the larger retailers and "screeded" the day before :shock:
I seriously can't remember ever seeing a worse job in all my life. He charged the customer over £200 to part-screed part-ply and fit the vinyl. Small kitchen and hall to a garage, it isn't even a hard one, that's what I can't understand.
Sorry but this is typical of some of the work I come across as an assessor, that’s why I get them saying, "What do you mean I need to do some training" :evil:
