The guy that built owns the place is a bit of an "Abramovich" character he was up at court for apparently murdering one of his business partners,dont think he stays in the place and is trying to rent it out. when it was getting built the guy was all over the news for all sorts of court cases and shady dealings
Nearly had a job in there doing the staircase that leads down to the bowling alley! Its a good area to work in, me and my mate fitted a bedroom in Windlesham and got a £50 tip each. Im sure that will never happen again.
