Had a call from a company last night could I go and cut one wall of boarder in as there fitter went home ill they say it's only round the corner from you will take you 20 min on your way home I wonder why he left that wall it was 7 bloody metres long
2hours in total fir that wall and the other bloke was back in next day saying it was an over night bug that went away :x
Made sure I put a decent price in especially after the bloke can back in next day was a slow old job used paper felt and templated every plank
I normally do the border first but on this case I was just doing the one wall, it wasn't the easiest thing I've ever glued out there was a lot of baby wipes used to clean glue of off the tiles
I always lay the field first find it easer every one to there own. that's how i would have fitted the tiles to the brick wall good job. Steve
Generally border then field just find it quicker take my time with the border then fly through the field. rather than field then take time on bordering feels like you're on the job longer
I personally would of laid the border along that wall and one other side wall first as it's the bit to take the most time then I could of used guillotine to cut tiles on the 45 and fly through the field leaving 2 straight Walls to border after, a bit back to front doing half boarder first then field then other half boarder but that's what I think would of been quickest if I was doing whole job
Generally border then field just find it quicker take my time with the border then fly through the field. rather than field then take time on bordering feels like you're on the job longer

I feel the opposite. Smashing the field down first feels like you're bombing through the job already. Different strokes for different folks I guess
