Anyone finding pages etc to load slow on here? Compared to other sites that is. Obviously if you have slow internet its going to be slow. But the forum itself should run very fast. Anyone find it slow?
I keep having issues myself. However i think its my laptop. Just need to check tho as there was a server upgrade last night. We should have minimum of 100mg connection up and down so defo should not be slow :shock:
Matt, try deleting all your browser history, cookies etc and run a program called ccleaner which will delete all your remaining junk files and correct any defunct registry entries, you should find it runs a lot faster after that
generally runs pretty fast but every now and then it slows, it's not my computer i've checked and my connection is pretty quick plus it usually Happens late night when it shouldn't be busy i've no idea :?
All good here to no problems to report just wish I had a bit more time what with all the work and ridding the world of teariny an oppresion I haven't been on that much lately.
forum slow Ive noticed that the forum as been really slow lately - at first I thought it was just my laptop but its slow on other computers I use as well. Probably cos of the amount of spam no doubt, but I was wondering if anyone else has noticed as well?
Very slow fo me, and the forum pages have little white squares, about 4mil sq with a red cross in the centre....don't know if it's the forum or my pc has gone senile
about an hour ago was the first time i`ve only ever had a problem with the site,the page was taking that long to load I gave up but is fine now.
All seems fine now. Im glad you all had issues also. It only ever seems to be me. We have checked load logs and 'we' the forum are using i think 1% of what the server can do. However it is a shared server. I dont know who with but if they can slow it down for a few minutes they must be doing some massive transfer of data. Must be a really big website. Guess like Argos or something and they just updated all there products. If it happens again make sure you let me know. Thanks Matt.
