How do you get an anprentice on site if they dont have a CSCS card? when they obviously have`nt qualified to get one. I`m going to need to take on anprentice within the next month or so and have a good lad in mind, but sometimes do site work where CSCS is required can anyone on help me on this one? you can get a cscs card for apprentices/trainees RED CARD - TRAINEE (Craft and Operative) You will qualify for this card if you are a trainee, and registered for an NVQ or SVQ (or Construction Award) but have not yet achieved level 2 or 3 and have met current CSCS Health and Safety requirements.

Hi Merv, they will need to do there H&S Touch screen test then they can get on site, we sort everything out so that's not a problem thanks Dave Brown
