    Just putting some films on my love film list.
    What films do you like that aren't that well known.
    A few you might not of seen but should.

    Mystic river, great film, powerfull acting.

    Men of honour, true story about 1st coloured man in the navy.

    The Limey , about english man looking for his daughter in USA. A film4 film. Classic

    Lesser known ones hmm!

    I like some foreign language ones with Jean de Florette and the follow up Manon Des Sources springing to mind plus anything by Guillermo Del Toro.

    North By Northwest

    gabriel (has the guy from spartacus)
    gorgeous (jackie chan - crap story but awesome fight scenes as always for a chan film)
    Let me in (original version not the hollywood one)
    generation kill series was ace!
    bloodsport 1988 version (i was 14 and loved it!)
    avatar - dont care that its well known, its amazing! :lol:
    underworld mmmmmmmmmmm beckinsdale! :eek: :shock:

    Was that not Let The Right One In? The one about the vampires? If it is that is a great film especially the bit at the end in the swimming pool :evil:

    I like my films, must have near on 7000 dvd (cough) all official as well in retail packaging :D

    I've probably watched 70% of films ever released, maybe more.

    Huge fan of anime aswell, prefer the gritty looking ones as opposed to the fluffy lol :mrgreen:

    Not a lover of fluffy anime either favorite probably urotsukidoji or akira, looking forward to quantum leap movie though.

    Found team America in the back of the DVD collection and had to watch it. not everyones cup of tea but I find it hilarious

    There's an Australian film called Bad Boy Bubby. It may have had a re release over here but it used to be very hard to find, if you do find it, find a couple hours where you won't be distracted and watch it, amazing film!

    My favourite mainstream film of all time that still leaves me mesmerised every time I watch it is....

    Great films there ads I've added alot of them onto my list. Just got the collection of - the girl with the dragon tattoo. Been told to watch the subtitles version an not the dubbed.
    Meant to be brilliant films.

    I used to be nuts about films but having 2 kids in 2 years kinda put a stop to that! (and having a life in general :roll: )

    Crazy that as having kids has made me watch more films. I find once the kids go to bed i watch a good movie or footy or on my ps3 .

    try 'troll hunter'
    norwegian film, really good
    also
    'rare exports'
    a dark little twist on the xmas story

    One of the best subbed films is district 13 (french), not everyones cuppa tea, its mainly free running, absolutely brilliant film
