Thanks lads all pictures are Karndean except the first 2 are Harvey Maria 18 x 12 tiles laid broken bond.
Yes mod 3 last picture is island limestone.

hi vman the first pic is harvey maria tiles. their the same spec as spacia.

Lol, got to say when I 1st seen it didn't look that close as thought it was carpet.

Yeah i suppose from the picture it's hard to tell. Tbh i wish it was carpet because they were not nice to fit!!
