This guy is in Cheshire. I templated the double bullnose and he did it in three sections with the other nosings being just straight. I would have thought any good joinery shop could help you with this.
Just had a brain wave - I could use an unfinished flat bead glued to the side of the treads (colour and oil it after fitting). I'd probably have to steam it a bit to get it around some of the tighter curves.
