I'm surprised at that mate, done 40m moods plank in December and not a single bowed one. Did have 1 or 2 with a mis print but that's nothing unusual for lvt. What did you think of the moods plank Daz?

LOL, in case anyone is confused, Robroy is on the course.

Im sure he will confirm that i got the planks out of a new box that was stored on racking the same as all the other materials.

I have also shown Robroy amtico / spacia/ karndean / Lifstyle and Mflor today i believe robin also picked out mflor as being the best product of the bunch. He is fitting it tomorrow so will see his thoughts after !

previous expearence then no where near as good . (Mflor being better)

BUT it has been a few years since i used polyfloor products. They may of improved. If you know someone at polyfloor then direct them to this thread and maybe they can send me some stuff out to try at training center ?

To be fair, a company as big as polyfloor should have people reading mine and others comment on the forum. We should not have to chase them.

polyfloor if your reading this then contact me if you feel your product is as good as Mflors. Mflor knows i will feedback on products and expect them to improve on any issues i find. Strange thing is that Mflor are teh only comapny that will step up and welcome teh feedback off me at teh moment.

For instance another massive lvt supplies comments to me when i tested there product and found issues was =
" we will see how many people complain, after all we dont have to pay their labour to replace and as made by another company we will claim back our costs off them" .....

I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THEIR PRODUCT WHEN I GET A REPLY LIKE THAT, as for Mflor, they said " find a issue and let us know and we will correct the issue " What a massive difference in reply !

Project floors are made in china I was told. Anyone know different?
Mflor looked great when done. Hopefully I just had a few bad planks.
But ends were square and butted up well.
Looking forward to my next job in one of the other ranges.
    Badly need samples though.

    Hi it's Duncan(regional Mflor rep)

With reference to Mflor sampling, if you post contact details, either myself or Mark Bevan, the National Sales Manager, will be in touch.

My area coverage is Mid/North Wales, West Midlands, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire,
    Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire.

Mark Bevan covers all other areas.

With reference to the Estillon Smartfloor board system underlay, we are actively looking for regional stockists, and will post
details as soon as set up.

fitted some of the Mflor click range today on a course.

MILES better than any other LVT click i have used before.

Sorry only got one pic and that was after i was demonstrating different methods for applying a seal around teh edge !

Anyway, apparently Mflor's click LVT has a fibreglass core to make it stable unlike other LVT clicks

Well it would be rude not to have a look at this core wouldnt it ...

Well it seems it does have a woven fibreglass core after all

Also its very tuff stuff. Surprised how long it look to drill through the wear layer when it is easy to cut and snap. Strange stuff !
