Rip off Britain

I put £115 diesel in my van yesterday. The most I've ever put in any van or car in my short life.
Beer might be going up 40p a unit?
Cigs are going up loads , I dont smoke but still a rip off.
Liverpool tunnel is going up soon from £1.50
I'm working tomorrow

 

Tell me about it there's a garage down here selling diesal for £1.51 a litre
I'm doing about £90 a week on fuel

 

All extra tax, then you go and earn more to pay more... :evil:

 

i average 180 a week on diesel on a good week seen it as high as 250!

Its making free estimates a bit of a nightmare. Have to price diesel into every job now

 

where i live the only retailers that are realible and pay you are 40 miles away so its a 80 mile round trip everyday

 

cripes...

 

I average 320miles a week

 

to give you an idea of the mileage june 2011 the van had 46000 and today which is 9 months its sitting at 78000 so 32000 in 9 months crazy when you think of it

 

I want to know how many checked Marky's arithmetic .....not that I did or anything

 

The thing is aswell is you can't put your prices up because the shops you work for have to carry it to the customer and they have to make there slice too so it makes you an exspencive fitter. Bummer :roll:
