Hi fellas Looking at getting a guillotine , whats the minimum size one you would recommend for general use, or can u recommend a decent unit ? Won't be fitting every day so not looking to spend £700 odd
I like to have all the tools that I may need ! I suppose to trim planks tiles or design strip a small one will do but to cut a tile on the angle a large unit will be needed , I,ve answered my own question ! I was just wondering what you guys who were fitting daily what your using , if you use one ?
I have the Gundlach H24. I may be selling it and upgrading, cost me near on £800 http://www.carpetstretcher.net/product. ... =69&page=1
i would only buy one for cutting feature strips. They are only really any good for tiles up to 12". Most LVT products are getting wider and wider and no longer fit diagonal in them. i would just buy a basic one for feature strips and repair work.
This is what I was thinking do I need a large cutter ? Cutting feature strip and trimming in planks or tiles a 12 inch would do
ask scotflooring how much he wants for his. If its the right price go for his rather than a 12". Even tho you dont really need one you may as well get the best one you can afford! If not get a smaller one.
Is there much difference between the Roberts and Crain guillotines because the Roberts 18" seems to be considerable cheaper than the Crain equavilent ?
you need to link direct to the items. We cant see what is in your 'cart' as it is secured to your PC's I.d. (basically we are looking at a blank page when we follow your link for security reasons)
