Tool for cutting.....

    Looking for a tool to help cutting tiles corner to corner on a 45. I do it by eye, but unless its mm perfect it don't work.
    Need some sort of attachment to go on straight edge maybe.

    you do it the same as me daz. I used to use a guillotine but i find i can cut them better by hand.
    Sometimes i make up a template out of spare planks but its alot of faffing about!

    You need a mitre square that works over 24 " but dont know where to get one.

    You do it the same as me daz.once iv got it right i use the tile iv cut as a template.

    I find this quite easy now by technique.Using my knife I put a tiny nick in the top corner of the tile. I then place my knife in position on the bottom corner and slide the straight edge against the blade while keeping my knife in position. I then line the straight edge up the the nick in the top corner and cut.
