Mate, he's made that himself! Is that half a bread board. Although I've never used a tile cutter so I wouldn't know anyway :D

It do look as though it has been made by an engineer, but it would have cost more than £100 to make with all that steel.
I may consider making a template for cutting tiles in half, but not sure if it would be worth it.?

Why do think it's good ?
Trouble is there no make on it , maybe it has been made by engineer , what about if I need a new blade ?
He has sent me some more pictures , it does look quite old I wouldnt pay £ 100

That's why he said the blade may need to be sharpened...

Exactly same as mine got it from a company called Pat Hayes in the cotswolds. Cost £450 new. Had mine 9 years now. Still works a treat. That one looks like it's never been used!!

it has a centered arm for cutting diagonal tile. Also it has proper size adjusters.

I would say it was worth a easy £300 in its condition. Blade sharpen would cost £20?

sadly its now sold. Sorry i was not on here to reply in time.

I saw one of those cutters a few years ago, a guy who worked for Karndean had one. Fantastic piece of kit and half the weight of my gundlach cutter. If I could have sold my cutter I would have one in an instant !!
