I got 500 free off the fella who done my website. He got them off vistaprint.
When the 1st lot come they looked cheap paper but the writing was tiny so I told him they were crap and binned them.
He then sorted another 500 out......
They were better as writing was bigger

I've been giving them out for a month. Then yesterday some women rang my home number to say did I know 2 of my numbers are the wrong way round on my mobile no. :stupid

So need new ones again now.... So any good onlines ones or should I go a local shop?

The trouble with printers is they only print what is in front of them spelling everything they way it is presented. need to check everything before approval. We used a local printer for ours 3000 cards £125 in good card four colours. On this sort of thing I would go local so you can nip round and check the art work before it goes to press.

My web man checked it as he got them. All he had to do was look at my web site.

Daz I need some new cards and the printer in my BNI is going to give me a price. He has done some cards for one of the other guys and these have pictures on the back of work he has done (staircase refurbs/new doors etc.) and they look really effective. It shows customers the kind of work you can do.

im looking for someone to give the forum users a great deal.

So when you speak to these printers maybe you lot would like to tell them this. Its not like a one of of 500 cards for one person. If we can find someone to supply us all at a good discount we will set him up a account on here so you can order direct through them.

Let me know if anyone finds someone that would be interested in becoming the 'forum printer'

Spoke to my printer today and he will charge me £32.11 + VAT for 500 cards with photos on the reverse (could be more words if preferred).
It would £24.18 for 250 cards.

He will charge me £15 set-up because he already does my letterheads so might be a bit more for new customers.

If anyone wants their cards laminating it would be £36.80 for 250 and £57.35 for 500.

These prices are as they stand at the moment, I'm sure if a few people want them it will affect the price (downwards!)

If you're interested just let me know.

Daz I will pm you his details tomorrow am. as it may be better if you speak to him direct. He talks about things like pdfs which i think you understand better than I do. If you've got a basic card that you just want tweaking should be ok.
