I know how to charge, that's why the shops like to get me in with their problems. Other than that I don't do shop work it's all my own.
Thats not new its been out for years Matt, and its not welded. I have watched them doing this and it looks painfull to do can't remember what its called I will eventually. But what they do is simular to cove and cap, the stuff from what I could make out is made from the same stuff they make bouncy castles out of. The joints are overlaped and the internal and external corners then have a fillet flashed over the exposed joint. Then using a hand roller and the liester gun without acorn and speed nozzle they use that fish tail nozzle, they hold the edge up and heat it up and press down hard with the roller melting it alltogether.
this stuff was defo welded mate. even the weld was the same as a vinyl weld rod. They grooved it and every thing.

Yeah thats the one Matt spoke to a mate of mine who does that stuff to see if he had heard about the one you are talking about. He said he had heard of a new product which seems the same as what we do, but he has only heard rummors nothing has been offered to him yet by his suppliers but thats not to say its available it may still be in testing at the mo which could've been what you saw who knows. But I will say this its been tried and tested with Altro safety flooring on a flat roof by my father, 20 years later and its still there and still good as the day he done it. I may have missed a trick there then could've started that with Altro 20 years ago damn it I could've been a millionaire by now if only my brain worked faster and saw the opportunity then.
LOL, Crazy and simple when you think about it. Why do we have felt on our roofs when we have had welded vinyl for years on our floors. Its not like its been walked on either. You cant say that the sun will effect it either as that would mean no vinyl could be fitted in sunlight. Daft really.
