First post on this site Had this cracking door trimmer for around 9 months but me cheapish Dyson type vacuum can't cope with the dust.[blocks the filters after cutting about 2 doors] So have thought about investing in a Fein dustex. Just wondered how everyone else gets over the problem:???:
You need a Hoover that takes bags and not one of these bagless hoovers . The problem is that these bagless hoovers filters trap fine dust as you have found out, hoovers that take bags the bags are actually a large filter . Personally I would get a victor or similar with a built in hepa filter so you can use almost any where, they about £70 quid
Cheers for the reply Matt. Never thought about the Henry type vacuums should be able to get one of them cheap somewhere
I finally settled on a Nilfisk Alto Aero 21-25 wet&dry vacuum.Fits perfectly with the included power tool adapter. Also has a power socket on the front so you can plug your door trimmer in & by using the auto switch on the front of the vacuum it will only work while you are using the tool. Saves digging out your extension lead as well. Great bit of kit for £139 from Screwfix
