Degreaser for ceramics

I've got 60m2 of ceramics to screed over.
The area used to be used as a takeaway so I want to give the area a good clean before screeding.

Any suggestions other than c140?

Ardex degreaser a buffing / polishing machine with scrubbing brush attachment a hose pipe and wet vac should do the trick
