Yep you're right and it's almost always missed when a service is done which is why it becomes a problem and then gives rise to the "poor reliability" status of a van.
Swerve I got a relay with 18k on the clock traded it last year for the lt35 2.8 lwb. The relay cost me in the region of £3k to fix or should I say to keep on the road. And that was my mate who is a Citroen mech tryin to keep the cost down. It was fault after fault after feckin fault. Just back from a week off and a whole set of brakes (pads and disks) and full service for the lt which hasn't missed a beat all year and it only stung me £450. Really stay away from the ****roen.!!!!
Going to go for an Iveco but if I can aofford it will get a Crafter or Sprinter just depends on the £££££
I worked for a guy that tested diesel engines they hook them up to the computer and give them death for a couple of days stop start and full revs etc he said that the larger engine iveco daileys had the best engine out of all the vans, ford mercs vw etc,
