b&q laminate

    fitted some lam for a mate,he bought some bevelloc from b&q,around £20 a pack,12mm,high gloss,great stuff to fit & great value..only wish i could find a product as good to sell

    Looks good mate, is it the system that locks from the top (if that makes sense?)

    the side of the plank just lays over then slots down,im not being funny but they sell it for mr diy to fit it,its bloody simple.

    F-2-G do a similar product range, think they brand it as their 'Signature' range... ;)

    Yeah, fitted a bit of that stuff is very easy. Not sure I trust that locking system long term.

    couple more.. its getting hard to compete with the value b&q offer,easier to send customer down & get paid to fit

    Agree, I do a lot of fit only. It's a bugger when you get the crap stuff to fit tho! I get that with carpet and lvt, loads of Internet customers. I offer quickstep as a top quality laminate that I know will do a great job and if they want a cheap product I let them source themselves

    i would throw a guess that b&q only make their £ on underlays etc,it really is good value.

    Stopped fitting B&Q laminates for customers a while back because they were so poor, interesting to know they are selling some half decent stuuf now.
    Noticed recently they were selling a felt back that costs us lot about £8m2 for a bargain £32m2 LOL hurry while stocks last
