Where did you get that? Did you make it?

 

Templated it with paper then double stuck the whole lot,they are just bits of waste I collected over a few months

 

Everything was double stuck,but those thinner lines I stuck with copydex last.the eyes I just used some yarn on a needle & threaded through a couple of times

Threaded it through,copydexed the back to keep yarn in then cut the yarn with knapping shears

 

Looks great, without a shadow of doubt i'll be copying in some shape or form.
