A lot of welding in a little time

    12 x 17metre joins to weld the other lads thought I was mad volunteering to do it until I got my toy out

    Technically it's not mine as in I never brought it it's from the old company my step dad owns no one there liked using it so when I left I adopted it when ever I need it, but great tool when used with auto groover

    17m join takes about 45 seconds to groove with auto groover and about 7 - 8 min to weld def worth the money for welding sports floors and class rooms

    I don't really know mate but going on price of normal welder I would guess some where around £2500, the bit I like is you can set speed heat and air flow and using the Mozart cutters you get a consistent perfect weld

    Wow !! it's a long long time since i've seen one of those !! Always remember the day when the front wheel hit a small piece of sand / dirt / screed powder , came out of the groove and promptly welded a line across 4 sheets of ployflor before anybody realised what was happening !!

    Good on the right jobs though I must admit
