i got four lads working for me told them to be at shop for 8 this morning to cut up carpet for 200m2 job on today (9 carpets) they left shop at 11.10 am and wondered why they were still at work at five o clock when i was on way home - took them over 3 hours to do a half hour job and im the **** for going home instead of stopping with them till they finish - i treat them like brothers and it backfires all the time - unless my foot is permanantly up their arses they drag their heels
Takes the **** that. I don't know how anyone can turn up late for work or anything, my uncle used to do that when I was working with him.
