Well been a great 3 days. FloorSkills NEW training center has run its first official course. The course run was for the BWFA. We had 7 young lads which gave great feedback. As for the FloorSkills NEW training center, well its around 1/4 complete. But the first 1/4 is up and running. We are busy building the rest of the center. The next section to be hit will be very impressive! Anyway we have proven that with only 1/4 of the center actually finished that we can cope and produce some very impressive results as you will see in the next few pics. The pics - a couple of the new center (first 1/4) along with what floors the new bunch of lads to the trade installed. Not bad what they managed to install over the last few days!
Thanks.. All theses floors have been completed by young apprentices. We do a demo and then they had to go and fit on their own. Great bunch of lads and proud of them all. Done me and the training center proud with what they produced. Well done lads.
And to think that 4 months ago i picked up the keys to the new unit. 4 months ago i was looking at this - Shame we have another 3500 sq'ft to fit out next !!!!! Well not a shame because it will be amazing. What you see on the photo's is the areas that are built for 'new to the trade' , we are building the advanced bays at moment with some over 20sq'm. Cant wait until finished but i also want some time off
LOL, a lot has changed mate since you came to see. Keeping pictures on a low key at moment but wait until you see the second half of the building. We have kept the second half out of view. One of my trainers managed to sneak a peek earlier and stood there saying " F-me, amazing" he then stood there laughing to himself. He was impressed so im confident that anyone seeing the next stage will be impressed. I hope so anyway!
