    The shower room was screeded with 700 and being small i decided to template.

    Ha ha great job mate, what was the prep in the kitchen screed and ply?

    Ply and screed mate. It was a mix of new screed , quarries and floorboards. I hate not seeing jobs beforehand. What some shops dont realise is the amount of prep a floor like that takes!

    Not seen a template before for a whole area in LVT. Great idea that. Did it fit ok ?

    Looking at the paper felt did you cut it short around the room then scribe on the pencil line then transfer to tiles ?

    Exactly that mate . What i normaly do round the sanitary ware is leave it slightly big and then freehand it to fit, unless its plywood .

    Done it a few times Daz. A small room with big planks is ideal. I just tape them together so in effect they become like a sheet vinyl, you can also see where all the cuts fall and adjust them if need be. And yes they all fit nicely. I used ht so you got a bit slide if you need to adjust any planks.

    Cheers mate. Preps the most important along with finishing bits like trims etc.
